I really do love small business owners and I am not just saying it for a “wow” factor or marketing cliche! I whole heartedly believe they are the backbone of our society. They are in touch with and provide so many benefits to the communities they serve. Small business owners have the drive and passion to help not only themselves succeed, but others as well, in some way shape or form.
My other half started his own business in 2013 and he hated the bookkeeping paperwork! So I, being the organized one, ended up doing it. He appreciated having the time to focus on serving his clients and I realized I enjoyed bookkeeping! It was incredible to see how his business thrived when he didn’t have to worry about the day to day bookkeeping.
